Instructions for Use: Whip on a medium speed until the required whip is achieved. Take care not to over whip. Overwhipping may result in the product cracking on gateaux. Keep whipped products covered and refrigerated.

Storage: Store at all times (best between 2°C and 8°C). Once opened, keep the product covered and refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C and use it within 3 days.
