Anchor brand was sold the New Zealand Dairy Association in 1896, which later became part of Fonterra Co-operative in 2001. To Store Anchor Cream Cheese: Do not freeze. Keep refrigerated at 4ׄ°C until ready to use. Bring cream cheese to room temperature before use for easier beating.
