Ingredients
Pasteurised whole milk, and cream (from cows’ milk), Salt, Cultures, Stabiliser (INS 410 Locust Bean Gum). Contains stabiliser as permitted food conditioner. Min 70% fat on dry basis.
Contains Milk and Dairy products.
Storage & Handling
- Keep refrigerated at 4°C until ready to use.
- For easier beating, bring cream cheese to room temperature before use.
- Once opened, Anchor Cream Cheese should be kept chilled and consumed within seven days.
- Unopened cream cheese may be stored for up to 12 months.
- DO NOT FREEZE.
