Christmas Tree Blueberry Butter Cookies

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Lurpak Salted Butter 250g
  • Icing Sugar 130g
  • Eggs 1 nos
  • Cookies Flour 300g
  • Milk Powder 20g
  • Blueberries (USA) 75g
  • Oats 75g
  • Royal Icing 100g
  • Water 25g

Method

A. 

  1. Combine the 350 grams of Lurpak butter, 650 grams cookies flour, and mix them well.
  2. Next, add in 130 grams of icing sugar, 1 egg, 250 grams of T55 bread flour, 20 grams of milk powder, 75 grams of USA blueberries, 75 grams of sweet and juicy USA, blueberries and 75 grams of oats.
  3. Mix until become cookie dough.
  4. Bake with 150 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.

B. 

  1. Combine 100 grams of royal icing sugar, 25 grams of water, mix until smooth & shiny.
  2. Pile it on the cookies, then add Sprinkles.
