Package of ingredients to follow step by step
Method
- Add HOI Biscuit mix, Ground Almond Extra Fine & Butterhouse
margarine into the mixer and beat with slow speed until dough form. - Weigh 8-10g each dough.
- Shape into finger.
- Add Almond & Ground Shantong on it.
- Add texture & egg wash. Apply red yeast rice powder on top.
- Bake with 150°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Stick the Almond & Ground Nut Shantong with strawberry fruit filling.
