Witches Finger

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Hoi Biscuit Mix 175g
  • Ground Almond Extra Fine 75g
  • Butterhouse Margarine 125g
  • Almond & Ground Nut Shantong
  • Egg Yolk
  • Red Yeast Rice Powder
  • Friendship Strawberry Fruit Filling

Method

  1. Add HOI Biscuit mix, Ground Almond Extra Fine & Butterhouse
    margarine into the mixer and beat with slow speed until dough form.
  2. Weigh 8-10g each dough.
  3. Shape into finger.
  4. Add Almond & Ground Shantong on it.
  5. Add texture & egg wash. Apply red yeast rice powder on top.
  6. Bake with 150°C for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Stick the Almond & Ground Nut Shantong with strawberry fruit filling.
