Santa Pull-Apart Blueberry Muffins

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Royal Muffin Mix 500g
  • Egg 225g
  • Water 50g
  • LURPAK Unsalted Butter (melted) 175g
  • USA Dried Blueberry 180g
  • LURPAK Unsalted Butter 500g
  • White Margarine 500g
  • Icing Sugar 220g
  • Water 50g
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp


A. Muffin

  1. Combine 500 grams of Royal muffin mix, 225 grams of eggs, 50 grams of water, 175 grams of melted LURPAK unsalted butter, and the star of our show — 180 grams of USA blueberries.
  2. Mix everything well until become smooth batter.
  3. Pipe the batter into Solo gold cup 3.75oz.
  4. Pipe some blueberry jam into the batter.
  5. Bake at 180C for 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Rest in room temperature. Combine 220 grams of icing sugar, 50 grams of water, and 1 tablespoon of Bigan vanilla essence.
  7. Mix well and set aside.

B. Buttercream Frosting

  1. Add 175 grams of Lurpak unsalted butter, 500 grams of white margarine, and the vanilla mixture.
  2. Beat at a slow speed until achieve a fluffy and heavenly consistency.
  3. Add purple coloring to turn the buttercream white.
  4. Mix the white buttercream with other colors.
  5. The hat is a combination of red and brown.
  6. Light peach color for skin tone. White for the beard, dark grey
    for the eyes, red for the hat, and light pink for the cheeks.
  7. Take the Buttercream Frosting and spread it over each muffin
  8. Use nozzle866 to draw the beard.
  9. Use 805 nozzle & red buttercream to draw the hat.
  10. Use Nozzle 845 to create flower patterns on hats
  11. Nozzle 807 for the nose, and nozzle 805 for the eyes.
  12. Add sprinkles. Done.
