Pineapple Tart

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Mix Fruits Pineapple Paste/ Blueberry Pineapple Paste
  • Pineapple Pastry Mix 400g
  • Butterhouse Margarine 220g
  • Egg Yolk 60g
  • Violet Food Colouring
  • Jam Tart Mould

Method

RECIPE A

  1. Add in Pineapple Pastry Mix, Butterhouse Margarine & Egg Yolk into mixer
    and beat with medium speed until dough form.
  2. Knead the dough then roll flat. Shape with jam tart mould.
  3. Bake with 150°C for 10-12 minutes. Add Mix fruit pineapple paste on the tart.
  4. Bake again with 150°C for 10 minutes. Enjoy.

RECIPE B

  1. Add in Pineapple Pastry Mix, Butterhouse Margarine & Egg Yolk into mixer and beat with medium speed, then add violet food colouring and beat until dough form.
  2. Knead the dough then roll flat. Shape with jam tart mould.
  3. Add Blueberry Pineapple Paste on the tart, add some design on top.
  4. Bake with 150°C for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy.
