Potato Bread

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Water 200g 
  • Angel Yeast 5g 
  • Castor Sugar 50g
  • L Low Protein Flour 250g
  • HOIBI Bread Improver 1g
  • Butterhouse Margarine 400g
  • GUD Fresh Milk 200g
  • HG Bread Flour 250g
  • Potato Flakes 50g
  • Water 200g 
  • HOIBI Instant Custard 100g
  • GUD Fresh Milk 50g

Method

  1. Add in Angel Yeast, HG Bread Flour, Castor Sugar, Potato Flakes, Low Protein Flour and HOIBI Bread Improver into mixer and beat with slow speed.
  2. After that, add in water and milk, beat until well mix.
  3. Add in Butterhouse Margarine and beat until gluten developed.
  4. Rest the dough for 20 minutes or gain 1.5 times bigger size.
  5. Scale the dough 30-35 each and shape into ball.
  6. Arrange 3 dough in two row and proofer for 1 hour.
  7. Next is Custard cream recipe, add in water, GUD milk and HOIBI instant custard, stir until well mix.
  8. Transfer the cream into piping cream and reserve.
  9. Apply egg wash on the bread dough and pipe custard cream on top.
  10. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes and enjoy~
