Method
- Add in Angel Yeast, HG Bread Flour, Castor Sugar, Potato Flakes, Low Protein Flour and HOIBI Bread Improver into mixer and beat with slow speed.
- After that, add in water and milk, beat until well mix.
- Add in Butterhouse Margarine and beat until gluten developed.
- Rest the dough for 20 minutes or gain 1.5 times bigger size.
- Scale the dough 30-35 each and shape into ball.
- Arrange 3 dough in two row and proofer for 1 hour.
- Next is Custard cream recipe, add in water, GUD milk and HOIBI instant custard, stir until well mix.
- Transfer the cream into piping cream and reserve.
- Apply egg wash on the bread dough and pipe custard cream on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes and enjoy~
