Frankenstein Treat

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Marshmallow 225g
  • Hazelnut Nibs 100g
  • LURPAK Unsalted Butter or Butterhouse Margarine 50g
  • Chocolate Rice Bubble 200g
  • Tropica Milk Compound
  • Harvest Orange Chocolate
  • Halloween Twinkle Sprinkles
  • Fancy Sprinkles

Method

  1. Boil the butter, add marshmallow and cook until creamy.
  2. Add hazelnut nibs and chocolate rice bubble.
  3. Cook until well mix.
  4. Set parchment paper with cake tin.
  5. Pour the bubble rice and press evenly.
  6. Chill for 10 minutes. Double boil chocolate.
  7. Dip the bubble rice cube into chocolate and sprinkles.
