Friendship Bao

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Friendship Pau 1 Packet
  • Angel Yeast
  • Sugar 200g
  • Water
  • Shortening
  • Hoibi Dauyong Paste

Method

  1. Mix Angel Yeast with Water and stir even.
  2. Add Friendship Pau Flour & Sugar into mixer and beat until well mix.
  3. Add yeast & continue beat until become dough.
  4. Add shortening and beat for another 5 minutes. Pour out the dough and knead.
  5. Put into container, wrap with catering film for fermentation.
  6. Cut the dough into piece, weigh in 60g each and shape the dough.
  7. Add in Hoibi Dauyong Paste and Shape it again.
  8. Rest the dough into steamer, spray some water and ferment for about 60 minutes.
  9. Steam about 30 minutes and enjoy.
