Package of ingredients to follow step by step
Method
- Mix Angel Yeast with Water and stir even.
- Add Friendship Pau Flour & Sugar into mixer and beat until well mix.
- Add yeast & continue beat until become dough.
- Add shortening and beat for another 5 minutes. Pour out the dough and knead.
- Put into container, wrap with catering film for fermentation.
- Cut the dough into piece, weigh in 60g each and shape the dough.
- Add in Hoibi Dauyong Paste and Shape it again.
- Rest the dough into steamer, spray some water and ferment for about 60 minutes.
- Steam about 30 minutes and enjoy.
