Nutty Adzuki Ping Pi

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • LURPAK Unsalted Butter 18g
  • HOI Green Tea Ping Pi Flour 1kg
  • HOIBI Red Bean Paste (LA) 150g
  • Sesame (White) 25g
  • Almond 25g 
  • Melon Seed (AA) 25g
  • Water 240g 
  • Rose Jam 25g
  • Mooncake Mould 65g


  1. Cut the almond into nibs. Add in butter with water, cook until well dissolve.
  2. Add in HOI Green Tea Ping Pi flour into mixer.
  3. Beat with high speed until smooth dough form.
  4. Wrap the dough with catering film & chill at 0°C – 5°C for 1 hour.
  5. Mix melon seed, sesame, rose jam, sweeten red bean with red bean paste. Weigh 30g each of paste and dough each and shape into ball.
  6. Dust a little flour on the dough, wrap the filling with dough & shape into ball.
  7. Use mooncake mould 65g for this recipe.
  8. Put the dough inside the plunger & press down until you feel resistance.
  9. Keep the mooncake chill for better taste. Enjoys.
