Package of ingredients to follow step by step
Method
- Bake Hazelnuts with 150°C for 10-15 minutes
- Add Whole hazelnut, Gourmand dark Couverture Milk & GP coffee powder into blender.
- Blend it all till smooth.
Topping
- Beat Whipping cream till creamy.
- Transfer the cream into piping bag with nozzle.
- Form shape and add whipped cream on top and ready to serve.
- Add cocoa powder.
