Mocha Hazelnut

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Hazelnuts 40g
  • Gourmand Dark Couverture 40g
  • Fresh Milk 200g
  • GP Coffee Powder 1 tsp
  • Arla Whipping Cream 200g

Method

  1. Bake Hazelnuts with 150°C for 10-15 minutes
  2. Add Whole hazelnut, Gourmand dark Couverture Milk & GP coffee powder into blender.
  3. Blend it all till smooth.

Topping

  1. Beat Whipping cream till creamy.
  2. Transfer the cream into piping bag with nozzle.
  3. Form shape and add whipped cream on top and ready to serve.
  4. Add cocoa powder.
