Florentine Nougat

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • 1. Amiko Florentine 150g
  • Lurpak Butter 50g
  • Arla UHT Whipping Cream High Stab 100g
  • Assorted Nuts 200g

Method

  1. In a saucepan, combine florentine, butter and whipping cream. Cook the mixture over medium heat until it reaches 110°C.
  2. Once the mixture reaches 110°C, carefully add in the assorted nuts, ensuring they are well incorporated.
  3. Pour the nougat mixture evenly onto a mould or cake ring.
  4. Allow the nougat to chill in the refrigerator until it becomes firm.
  5. Once the nougat has hardened, cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.
