Cranberry Scones

Method
- First, add 540 grams of all-purpose flour.
- 50 grams of castor sugar.
- 8 grams of salt.
- 20 grams of baking powder.
- 60 grams of milk powder.
- Well mix.
- Cut the 250 grams of unsalted Lurpak butter into cubes and adding them to the dry ingredients.
- Combine the100 grams of full-cream milk, 50 grams of egg, and a teaspoon of vanilla flavor. Give it a good mix.
- Using a medium-speed setting,beat until dough form
- Add 150 grams of cranberries, toss them in and let the mixer incorporate them evenly into the dough.
- Once your dough is ready, roll it out with a wooden rolling pin. Aim for a thickness of about 2 centimeters.
- Use a cookie cutter to shape the scones, brush the tops with some beaten egg yolk.
- Bake with 180°C for 15-20 minutes
