Florentine Nougat

Method
- In a saucepan, combine florentine, butter and whipping cream. Cook the mixture over medium heat until it reaches 110°C.
- Once the mixture reaches 110°C, carefully add in the assorted nuts, ensuring they are well incorporated.
- Pour the nougat mixture evenly onto a mould or cake ring.
- Allow the nougat to chill in the refrigerator until it becomes firm.
- Once the nougat has hardened, cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.
