Crab Rangoon Cream Cheese

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Bega Cream Cheese (dilembutkan) 250g
  • Isi Ketam (dicincang halus) 250g
  • Jagung 100g
  • Garam 1 tsp
  • Serbuk Lada Hitam 1 tsp
  • Serbuk Bawang Putih ½ tsp
  • Daun Bawang (dihiris) 2 tbsp
  • Kulit Popia / Kulit Wantan
  • Minyak untuk goreng

Method

  1. Gaul sebati cream cheese, isi ketam, jagung, daun bawang, garam, lada hitam, dan serbuk bawang putih.
  2. Letakkan 1 sudu kecil inti di tengah kulit wantan, lipat dan tekan untuk lekatkan.
  3. Goreng dalam minyak panas selama 2-3 minit hingga keemasan.
  4. Hidangkan panas dengan sos pilihan anda.
