Blueberry Rava Laddu (Rose Flavour)
ORIGINAL FLAVOUR:
ROSE FLAVOUR:
Red and pink food coloring as desired
Rose Flavour 1 drop (optional)
Desiccated coconut 10g
Method
ORIGINAL FLAVOUR:
1. Melt butter in a frying pan.
2. Lightly fry the cashew nut, pistachio and USA dried blueberries for 1 min.
3. Add in sugee flour and cook it well for a few minutes.
4. Add in condensed milk and cardamom powder, continue to cook until the aroma of the mixture is coming out.
5. Transfer the mixture into a bowl with dessicated coconut. Mix well.
6. Let the mixture cool down a little, roll the mixture with desired portion into spherical shape.

ROSE FLAVOUR:
