How to make Chocolate Chips Cookies with Beryls Gourmet Bittersweet Chocolate Chips 62% (Brown)?
Method for approximately 100 cookies :
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Combine 190g of unsalted butter and 260g of brown sugar together, beat the mixture until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla flavour (1 tsp) and 2 eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed until mix well.
- Sieve the dry ingredients (320g of cake flour and 10g of baking soda) then fold into the earlier mixture.
- Lastly, gently fold in the Beryl’s BITTERSWEET Chocolate Chips and chopped roasted almonds.
- Lastly, drop by tablespoons onto a baking tray with greased baking paper and bake for 9 to 12 minutes.
To Store Beryl’s Chocolate: Kindly store in cool & dry place. Best between 15°C – 20°C
