Tropical Pineapple Cake (2)

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Daisy Corn 0il 88g
  • Tropical Instant Cake 250g
  • Mixed Fruits Pineapple Paste 165g
  • Egg 140g
  • Hosen Pineapple 5pcs
  • Glycerine
  • Loaf Tin 9”x3.5"x3"
  • Deco Powder

Method

  1. Add in pineapple paste in mixer and beat with medium speed.
  2. Add in Tropical Instant cake and beat with slow speed, add in egg one by one.
  3. Next, add in corn oil slowly and beat until well mix.
  4. While pouring dough into loaf tin, put two pieces of pineapple in between.
  5. Add 3 pieces pineapple on top and brush the pineapple with glycerine.
  6. Bake with 150C°-160°C for 60 minutes.
  7. Add deco powder on top of the cake and enjoy.
