Korean Dalgona Candy

Package of ingredients to follow step by step

  • Sugar 20g
  • HOIBI Baking Baking Soda
  • Blackcurrant Flavour

Method

  1. Add in water and sugar.
  2. Add flavour 1 to 2 drops (optional)
  3. Cook until sugar turn yellowish.
  4. Add baking soda a small spoon.
  5. Mould with star, rectangle or any pattern that you preferred.
