  • Hazelnut Paste 0.5g
  • Icing Sugar 5g
  • Arla Whip & Cook Cream 100g

Method

Cara Penyediaan (Susu Choco Pistachio)
1. Panaskan susu dan coklat dark couverture hingga coklat cair sepenuhnya.
2. Campurkan pistachio paste, hazelnut paste, dan gula aising ke dalam whipping cream.stur licin. Ketepikan.
Cara Penyediaan (Krim Hazelnut)
1. Campurkan pistachio paste, hazelnut paste, dan gula aising ke dalam whipping cream.
2. Pukul whipping cream hingga teksturnya menjadi creamy.
3. Letakkan krim di atas Susu Choco Pistachio.
4. Taburkan serbuk pistachio di atasnya dan sedia untuk dihidang.
