- Soften the butter in room temperature.
- Then mix with icing sugar until creamy.
- Sift all the dry ingredients and add into butter mixture until well combined.
- Pipe the mixture with Sultane nozzle onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 150C-160C for 15-20 minutes.
- Double boil milk chocolate, Then, dip the cookies with the melted white chocolate.
- Decorate with desired sprinkles.* NOTE: This recipe can be made with your preference by adding green tea powder, cocoa powder, sakura powder or even more!
