Romias Cookies

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Lurpak Salted Butter 225g
  • Icing Sugar 60g
  • L Flour 190g
  • Corn Starch 30g
  • Full Cream Milk Powder 20g
  • Kyoto Premium Green Tea Powder 8g
  • Cocoa Powder 5g
  • Sakura Powder 30g
  • Beryl's Milk Compound Chocolate
  • Sprinkles

Method

      1. Soften the butter in room temperature.
      2. Then mix with icing sugar until creamy.
      3. Sift all the dry ingredients and add into butter mixture until well combined.
      4. Pipe the mixture with Sultane nozzle onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
      5. Bake at 150C-160C for 15-20 minutes.
      6. Double boil milk chocolate, Then, dip the cookies with the melted white chocolate.
      7. Decorate with desired sprinkles.* NOTE: This recipe can be made with your preference by adding green tea powder, cocoa powder, sakura powder or even more!
