Red Bean Bread

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Sugar 30g
  • Yeast 5g
  • Water 320g
  • Salt 5g
  • HG Bread Flour 250g
  • Low Protein Flour 250g
  • Bread Improver 1g
  • Butter 50g
  • Red Bean Paste


  1.  Mix well “A” ingredients except butter and red bean until became dough.
  2. Add butter and mix until became elastic.
  3.  Rest the dough.
  4.  Divide dough into 60g each and put in red bean paste.
  5.  Shape them as desired and prove until double size for one hour.
  6.  Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
