Method
- Mix well “A” ingredients except butter and red bean until became dough.
- Add butter and mix until became elastic.
- Rest the dough.
- Divide dough into 60g each and put in red bean paste.
- Shape them as desired and prove until double size for one hour.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
