Method
- Â Mix well “A” ingredients except butter and red bean until became dough.
- Add butter and mix until became elastic.
- Â Rest the dough.
- Â Divide dough into 60g each and put in red bean paste.
- Â Shape them as desired and prove until double size for one hour.
-  Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
