Method
- Place all the ingredients into mixer and mix for 20-25 minutes until gluten formed.
- Rest dough for 5-10 minutes cover it.
- Divide dough into 2 portion.
- Roll dough and put inside the loaf tin and proof for 1-1.5 hours or double size.
- Bake at 180°C-190°C for 25-30 minutes or till cook.
