Matcha Cranberry Bubble

Package of ingredients to follow step by step

A. MATCHA RICE BUBBLE 

  • Salted Butter 40g
  • Marshmallow 175g
  • Midori No Hana Matcha Powder 6g
  • Full Cream Milk Powder 5g
  • Rice Bubbles 70g
  • Paillete Feuilletine 50g
  • Cranberry 60g

1. Cairkan salted butter dalam periuk dengan api kecil.
2. Masukkan marshmallow dan kacau sehingga cair sepenuhnya.
3. Tambahkan Midori No Hana matcha powder dan full cream milk powder kemudian kacau sehingga sebati.
4. Masukkan rice bubbles, paillete feuilletine, dan cranberry, gaul rata sehingga semua bahan bersalut dengan campuran marshmallow.
5. Tuangkan campuran ke dalam loyang yang dialas baking paper, kemudian ratakan permukaannya.
6. Biarkan sejuk dan mengeras sedikit, kemudian potong mengikut saiz yang dikehendaki dan kemaskan.

Tips: Tekan campuran dengan spatula atau plastik supaya permukaan lebih padat dan cantik bila dipotong.
