Macadamia Chocolate Chip Cookies

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Lurpak Butter (Slightly Salted) 300g
  • Hoibi Castor Sugar 125g
  • Hoibi Brown Sugar 250g
  • Whole Egg (size : L/A) 1pcs
  • Egg Yolk (size : L/A) 1pcs
  • Vanilla Extract 5g
  • Hoibi Cookies Flour 400g
  • Hoibi Corn Starch 100g
  • Hoibi Baking Soda 10g
  • Gourmand Dark Couverture 54.% - 500g
  • Premium Macadamia whole nut 250g

Method

Mixture 1

    1. Double boil Lurpak butter till fully dissolve
    2. Add in brown sugar & castor sugarthen stir untill dissolve
    3. Add in egg, vanilla extract &continue to stir until dissolve

Mixture 2

    1. Well mix cookies flour, corn starch & baking soda
    2. Cut macadamia into half
    3. Add Mixture 2 into mixture 1 together with macadamia nut & Gourmand Dark Couverture
    4. Well mix
    5. Wrap with cling paper and chill for 24 hours
    6. Baking temperature : +-170°C
    7. Baking time +-18minutes
