Gula Melaka Cookies

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Lurpak Butter (Slightly Salted) 250g
  • Baker&Chef Premium Macadamia Nuts 250g
  • Baker&Chef Hawaiian Coconut Flake 250g
  • Hoibi Gula Melaka Syrup 20g
  • Hoibi Gula Melaka 250g
  • Hoibi Cookies Flour 350g
  • Hoibi Castor Sugar 100g
  • Hoibi Corn Starch 65g
  • Hoibi Baking Soda 8g
  • Whole Egg (L) 1 pcs

Method

  1. Chop the Gula Melaka and Macadamia Nuts.
  2. Firstly, add in Lurpak Butter, Castor Sugar and Gula
    Melaka in the mixer and mix well.
  3. After that, add in Egg, Gula Melaka Syrup, Cookies Flour and Baking Powder, mix well.
  4. Add in Hawaiian Coconut Flake and mix again. Add in Macadamia Nuts, mix well.
  5. Chill the dough overnight. Shape the dough in round shape and place it on the tray.
  6. Bake at ±165°C for ±25 minutes and enjoy.
