Package of ingredients to follow step by step
Method
- Beat butter until pale and creamy.
- Slowly add in egg white and Cookies mix. Beat until become dough.
- Roll out the dough and use Cookies Cutter to make a shape.
- Rest in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 150°C-170°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Rest in room temperature.
- Next step is for icing topping, add in Royal Icing Mix 250g and water 35g-40g in the mixer, mix until well combined.
- Transfer to another bowl and add in any colour that desired.
- Add in Royal Icing inside the piping bag and pipe on the cookies surface.
