  • HOIBI Cardamom Powder 4g
  • Atta Powder 50g
  • Baker&Chef Ground Almond 150g
  • HOIBI Suji Flour 40g
  •  Meister Baker Biscuit Mix 400g
  • Promex Butter 250g
  • HOI Florentine
  • Baker&Chef Almond Flake

Method

  1. Beat the butter until creamy.
  2. Add in Biscuit Mix, Suji Powder, Ground Almond, Atta Powder, and Cardamon Powder. Beat until become dough.
  3. Divided the dough into 10g each and rounding the dough.
  4. Place the dough on tray and flatten it.
  5. Use chopstick to make a shape.
  6. Add Almond flake and sprinkle HOI Florentine powder onto the cookies dough.
  7. Preheat the oven at 170°C and bake for 15-25 minutes.
  8. Leave Almond Nakhatai Cookies to cool and ready to serve cookies Mix.
