Method
- Beat the butter until creamy.
- Add in Biscuit Mix, Suji Powder, Ground Almond, Atta Powder, and Cardamon Powder. Beat until become dough.
- Divided the dough into 10g each and rounding the dough.
- Place the dough on tray and flatten it.
- Use chopstick to make a shape.
- Add Almond flake and sprinkle HOI Florentine powder onto the cookies dough.
- Preheat the oven at 170°C and bake for 15-25 minutes.
- Leave Almond Nakhatai Cookies to cool and ready to serve cookies Mix.
