Coconut Mango Jelly

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Water 620g
  • Castor Sugar 130g
  • Kara Coconut Milk 250g
  • Agar-Agar Powder 12g
  • Water 580g
  • Castor Sugar 90g
  • AgarAgar Powder 8g
  • Mango Cube

Method

  1. Boil ‘A’ ingredients till boil, add in coconut milk.
  2. Boil ‘B’ ingredients till boiling.
  3. First layer (coconut Layer) 300g.
  4. After the first layer cool, pour in second layer (clear layer) 300g and add in mango cube 200g.
  5. Repeat the first layer and the second layer method.
  6. Last layer put (coconut layer).
