Berry Fruit Cake

Method
- Cut the Dried Apricot in a small pieces.
- Break the Berry Couverture apart.
- Double boil Lurpak Butter then set aside.
- Add in Blueberries, Apricot, Berry Couverture and Cranberries in the Mixer and mix until well combined.
- After that, add in Tropical Instant Cake Mix, Egg and Lurpak Butter beat until well mix.
- Pour the cake batter in loaf tin (9″x3.5″x3″) and spread evenly.
- Preheat the oven at 160°C and bake at 150°C – 160°C around 50-60 minutes.
- Set aside and rest in room temperature for about 30 minutes and enjoy.
