Blueberry Granola Bar

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Rolled Oat (toasted) 500g
  • Pistachio Kernel (toasted) 150g
  • Whole Almond (toasted) 150g
  • Dried Blueberries 330g
  • Toasted Coconut Flake 30g
  • Sunflower Seed (toasted) 60g
  • Raw Honey 300g
  • Cassonade (Brown) Pure Cane Sugar 50g
  • Salt 2g
  • Glucose Syrup 20g
  • Pistachio Paste 20g

Method

  1. Panggang oat, kacang pistachio, kacang badam dan biji bunga matahari hingga keemasan. Kemudian, campurkan kesemuanya dengan blueberi kering dan kelapa parut panggang dalam mangkuk besar. Masukkan juga pistachio paste dan gaul kesemuanya hingga sebati.
  2. Panaskan madu, gula perang, garam, dan sirap glukosa sehingga mencapai suhu 130°C.
  3. Tuang campuran panas ke dalam bahan kering dan gaul rata sehingga sebati.
  4. Tekan adunan ke dalam loyang 13″ x 13″ yang telah dialas dengan kertas parchment. Biarkan selama 1 jam sehingga mengeras.
  5. Potong kepada saiz 3cm x 3cm atau mengikut saiz pilihan anda.
