Pistachio Nougat

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Pistachio 120g
  • Almond 40g
  • Dried Blueberries 40g
  • White Mini Marshmallow 200g
  • Unsalted Butter 30g
  • Milk Powder 35g
  • Kyoto Premium Green Tea Powder 15g

Method

  1. Campurkan susu tepung dan serbuk teh hijau Kyoto Premium sampai sebati.
  2. Panggang kacang pistachio pada suhu 140°C selama 13 minit dan kacang badam pada suhu 150°C selama 15 minit.
  3. Cairkan mentega dalam kuali tidak melekat dengan api perlahan.
  4. Masukkan marshmallow mini dan kacau secara berterusan sehingga cair sepenuhnya dan menjadi adunan yang licin.
  5. Tambah campuran susu tepung teh hijau. Kacau hingga sebati.
  6. Masukkan kacang pistachio, kacang badam, dan blueberi kering. Gaul rata hingga semua bahan disalut dengan sempurna.
  7. Tuang ke dalam dulang yang dialas dengan kertas parchment. Ratakan dan biarkan sejuk semalaman.
  8. Potong nougat yang telah mengeras kepada saiz kecil atau mengikut saiz yang diingini.
