Marble Cake

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Butterhouse Butter 275g
  • Buttercake Mix 500g
  • Euronatra Cocoa Powder 5g
  • Chocolate Imauco 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 6 Nos
  • 7“x7" CakeTin

Method

  1. Add in Butterhouse Butter and Buttercake Mix in mixer and beat in slow speed. After that, add in eggs and beat again until creamy.
  2. Separate 200g of Buttercake mixture and add in the Cocoa Powder and Chocolate Imauco mix well.
  3. Pour the Chocolate batter into piping bag, put aside.
  4. Set the balance batter into 7×7” cake tin.
  5. After that, pipe in the chocolate batter mixture and use copstick to draw circle for marble texture.
  6. Bake at 160°C-170°C for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy.
