Method
- Blend Hazelnut Whole with Skin until become nibs.
- Beat butter (room temperature) until creamy, then add in hazelnut paste, beat until well combined.
- Add in Friendship Boeno Cookies Mix, mix well.
- Next, put in Gourmand Milk Couverture 32% and Hazelnut nibs mix until become dough.
- Divided the dough into 12g each and rounding the dough.
- Place the dough on the tray and flatten it.
- Apply egg wash onto cookies dough
- Preheat the oven at 180°C. Then use 160°C and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Leave Boeno cookies to cool and ready to serve.
