Friendship Boeno Cookies

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • Viking Butter (Salted) 125g
  • Hazelnut Paste 25g
  • Friendship Boeno 250g
  • HOI Hazelnut Whole with Skin (blend) 80g
  • London Chocolate Gourmand Milk Couverture 32% 70g

Method

  1. Blend Hazelnut Whole with Skin until become nibs.
  2. Beat butter (room temperature) until creamy, then add in hazelnut paste, beat until well combined.
  3. Add in Friendship Boeno Cookies Mix, mix well.
  4. Next, put in Gourmand Milk Couverture 32% and Hazelnut nibs mix until become dough.
  5. Divided the dough into 12g each and rounding the dough.
  6. Place the dough on the tray and flatten it.
  7. Apply egg wash onto cookies dough
  8. Preheat the oven at 180°C. Then use 160°C and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  9. Leave Boeno cookies to cool and ready to serve.
