Dark Molten Cookies

Package of ingredients to follow step by step

A. Cookie Base 

  • Lurpak Unsalted Butter 200g
  • Salt 3g
  • Sugar 250g
  • Egg 2nos
  • Bakers’ Choice Tepung Gandum 330g
  • Baking Soda 4g
  • Vanilla Paste 4g
  • Plein Arome Cocoa Powder 10g

A. Filling 

  • Carma Dark Onyx 60% as needed

1. Pukul mentega, gula, dan garam sehingga sebati dan ringan.
2. Masukkan telur dan vanilla paste, pukul perlahan sehingga adunan rata.
3. Ayak tepung, baking soda dan cocoa powder, kemudian masukkan ke dalam adunan mentega. Gaul perlahan sehingga menjadi doh yang boleh dibentuk.
4. Ambil sedikit doh (anggaran 7g setiap satu).
5. Leperkan doh sedikit, kemudian letakkan 2 keping Carma Dark Onyx 60% di tengah.
6. Tutup coklat dengan doh dan bulatkan, pastikan coklat sepenuhnya dibalut oleh doh.
7. Panaskan ketuhar pada 150°C.
8. Susun biskut di atas dulang pembakar yang dialas dengan kertas parchment.
9. Bakar selama 15–16 minit.
10. Sejukkan biskut sepenuhnya sebelum disimpan atau dihidangkan.

Notes: Panaskan 15–20 saat di microwave untuk nikmati inti coklat yang meleleh.
