Cromboloni
Package of ingredients to follow step by step
Method
- Cut the Danish pastry sheet into strips approximately 2.5cm wide.
- Roll up each strip and place them in the center of a ring mould.
- Proof for 2 hours or until they have doubled in size.
- Place a silicone mat on top of the proofed pastries, then place a baking tray on top of the silicone mat to ensure a flat surface during baking.
- Bake at 180°C for around 18-20 minutes.
- Pipe desired filling into the cromboloni and enjoy.
