Cromboloni

Method

  1. Cut the Danish pastry sheet into strips approximately 2.5cm wide.
  2. Roll up each strip and place them in the center of a ring mould.
  3. Proof for 2 hours or until they have doubled in size.
  4. Place a silicone mat on top of the proofed pastries, then place a baking tray on top of the silicone mat to ensure a flat surface during baking.
  5. Bake at 180°C for around 18-20 minutes.
  6. Pipe desired filling into the cromboloni and enjoy.
