Method
- Dalam mangkuk adunan, campurkan telur, gula kastor, madu, zest lemon, dan trimoline. Kacau hingga sebati.
- Dalam mangkuk lain, ayak low protein flour dan campurkan dengan baking powder, serbuk kopi dan salt. Masukkan ke dalam step 1.
- Tambahkan corn oil dan melted Candia Unsalted Butter sedikit demi sedikit, kacau hingga sebati.
- Campurkan susu, ekstrak kopi Prova, dan ekstrak vanila Prova dan gaul hingga sebati. kemudian, tambahkan ke dalam adunan tadi, gaul sebati.
- Tutup adunan dan simpan dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam (sebaiknya semalaman) untuk menghasilkan rasa dan bentuk permukaan madeleine (bumps).
- Sapukan Candia Unsalted Butter diatas cetakan madeleine dan paipkan batter diatasnya.
- Panaskan ketuhar kepada 190°C dan bakar selama 4 minit, kemudian turunkan suhu ke 160°C dan terus bakar selama 8 minit.
