Coat
1. Combine the rice flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Gradually add the hot water while mixing.
3. Knead until a smooth, soft dough forms.
4. If the dough is too dry, add a little more hot water. If too sticky, dust with a small amount of rice flour.
5. Divide the dough into 10g , flatten each piece into a disc.
6. Place 2 pcs of 60% Carma Onyx dark chocolate in the center.
7. Seal the edges tightly and roll into a smooth ball.
8. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently drop the balls into the boiling water.
9. Once they float to the surface, continue cooking for another 2 minutes to ensure they are fully cooked.
10. Remove the cooked onde onde with a slotted spoon, drain briefly, and immediately roll them in the Hawaiian Coconut Flakes until evenly coated.
