How to make Masala hot chocolate?
1. Pour 120ml of full cream milk, 120ml of water, 4 tsp Beryl’s Gourmet Unsweetened Cocoa Powder and 4 tsp of sugar into the pot and stir well.
2. Add in 4 pcs of cardamom pods, 4 pcs of clove, 1 pc of cinnamon stick and 1 pc of star anise.
3. Bring to boil using low heat.
4. Sift into the cup and serve
