How to make Chewy Chocolate Chips Cookies with Beryl’s Gourmet Semisweet Chocolate Chips 52% (Green)?
Method for approximately 50 cookies :
- Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Double boil Beryl’s SEMISWEET Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate (250g) and gently stir until melted.
- Combine 2 eggs, 100g of brown sugar and 5g of vanilla extract together and whip until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add melted chocolate into the whipped egg mixture and stir well.
- Sift 60g Beryl’s Premium Cocoa Powder, 130g icing sugar, 7g cornstarch and 3g salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients and Beryl’s SEMISWEET Chocolate Chips (100g) into the egg and chocolate mixture.
- Drop by tablespoon onto the baking tray with greased baking paper.
- Gently press the cookie dough before baking.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
- Beryl’s SEMISWEET chocolate chips will be soft after bake
