Papaya Milkshake

Package of ingredients to follow step by step

A. Sagu Gula Melaka 

  • Sagoo 50g
  • Air 30g
  • Gula Melaka 100g

B. Papaya Milkshake

  • Frozen Papaya 200g
  • Susu 250g

C. Krim Susu 

  • Instant Milk Cap Powder 20g
  • Susu 40g

Cara Penyediaan

1. Rebus sagu sehingga masak dan menjadi jernih. Angkat dan rendam dalam air supaya sagu tidak melekat.
2. Panaskan air dan cairkan gula melaka sehingga larut. Tuangkan gula melaka cair ke dalam sagu yang telah direbus dan gaul rata.
3. Masukkan frozen papaya dan susu (250g) ke dalam blender. Kisar sehingga halus dan creamy.
4. Dalam mangkuk kecil, campurkan Instant Milk Cap Powder dengan susu (40g). Kacau sehingga sebati dan menjadi krim.

Cara Penyedian Hidangan

1. Letakkan sagu gula melaka di dasar gelas.
2. Tuangkan papaya milkshake yang telah dikisar.
3. Akhir sekali, letakkan krim susu di bahagian atas.
