  • Dates 180g
  • Nutoast Pistachio Butter (AX) 40g
  • Sea Salt 0.5g
  • Nutoast Glazed Pistachio Dices 30g
  • White Sesame (for coating)
  • Carma Milk Claire (melt)

Method

1. Sediakan 180g kurma dan buang bijinya sebelum dipotong kepada saiz yang lebih kecil.
2. Masukkan kurma, Nutoast Pistachio Butter (AX), sea salt dan Nutoast glazed pistachio dices ke dalam food processor. Kemudian kisar sehingga halus dan sebati.
3. Timbang adunan yang telah dikisar kepada 10g setiap satu, kemudian golekkan dalam white sesame seeds dan bentukkan bulat mengunnakan hujung jari.
4. Paipkan Carma Milk Claire (yang telah dicairkan) ke dalam lubang bebola pistachio kurma dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
