Walnut Cranberries Bread

Package of ingredients to follow step by step
  • HG High Gluten Bread Flour 300g
  • Wholemeal Flour 200g
  • Castor Sugar 20g
  • Salt 7g
  • Saf-Instant Yeast 10g
  • Butterhouse Margarine 30g
  • Cold Water 320g
  • Walnut (Chopped) 150g
  • Cranberries 150g

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into mixer except for walnut and cranberries use slow speed for 3 minutes, and use medium speed for further 15-20 minute until gluten formed.
  2. Add in walnut and cranberries and mix well.
  3. Shape dough into a round and rest for 15 min.
  4. Divide dough into 5 and roll dough into rectangular shape, p0lace dough on the tray.
  5. Proof dough for 1-1.5 hours or till double size.
  6. Apply egg wash and sprinkle some almond flake. Bake at 180°C for 15-30 minutes.
